How can you get rid of acne scars and prevent breakdowns break?

Gosh, i used to pop my buttons like a madman, but I discovered it was bad. I still do not know exactly what to do. I have been grappling with these problems since forever. I have many scars wicked red and brown and they are really embarrassing. How do I get rid or them? I usually try to cover them with make-up but I do not more often it does not work. then at the same time, my skin is so prone to buttons (the buttons that I get are usually very deep and so bad and they just rrrr! suck a lot) and everything. then my nose is covered with the head of a deep black that I can not to get out or break. I see all these commercials for the secret acne. I tried many things that did not worked. but I just give up lately on the controls and I really have no idea what to do. is there anyone who can help. I hate looking at my face in the mirror. i don, t remember what it was like to be completely spotless. I am so jealous of the people in magazines with the perfect skin.
