Treatment of acne should I use?

As a teenager, I developed some pretty bad acne. I am 20 now, and mostly, my acne has gotten a lot better. However, I do not understand some embarrassing acne on my neck and around my chin that I would get rid of, so I was wondering what is the best choice for a treatment of acne is. I tried Proactiv when I was younger and did not see any dramatic results but could be due to the fact that my acne was much more severe then. In any case, what would you recommend?
