skin bacteria acne

If the acne is caused by bacteria, should not be there a remedy?.

They say that acne is caused by bacteria. So if all those bacteria / dirt in their affected areas, should not their soap or a cleaner or w / e they use erase easily. I have acne only on my cheeks, and I use Neutrogena oil free acne friction. I rubbed my cheeks and when I made myself Theres no mess, yet there are still acne! why? and how come i dont get acne on places like my arms and legs if they are the same as the skin on my face?

B / C is more than that is just what is on the surface. I am 30 and have acne since I am 11 years old. I tried everything and nothing seemed to really work. A few months ago, by the recommendation of a friend, I started taking medication (a doctor) to help cure bacterial infections. He actually said it was to help the PP, which are prone to infections urinary tract which is kinda weird but it works really well, I am not sure of the name of it is off hand, but let me know if you want, I can send you the name later.
